What is Tea Party & Things you need to know
There are several ways to increase your support rank with characters in FE3H. Same as giving favorite gifts or lost items, the ‘Tea party’, also known as Tea Time, is one way to strengthen your bond with characters.
Basically, 1 activity point and tea leaves are needed to hold a Tea Party(Tea Time). However, when the calendar reaches a character’s birthday, you can host a tea party without spending activity points. Also, you can invite not only the characters from your own house, but also the characters from other houses. To invite characters from other houses, C or higher Support Level is required.
The important thing is that character availability is random, so your invitation might rejected for sometimes. When this happens, you can wait for them to be available or simply just reload the game and ask them again. Also, Once the Tea Time is over, player can invite the character to another Tea Party again. This means you can spend all your activity points on one character for Tea Party.
How to unlock Tea Time

In order to unlock the Fire Emblem Three Houses Tea Party, you must complete the side quest, “Tea for Two” from Ferdinand. In this quest, you have to find a tea aficionado who is worthy of Ferdinand‘s tea set.
Head to the fishing area and you will find Lorenz, the only guy who fits Ferdinand’s description. Talk to Lorenz and give him the ‘Elegant Tea Set’. After doing that, the quest will be completed, and you will get Sweet-Apple Blend x2, Renown +300 pts, and the tea party will be unlocked.

Tea Party Etiquette & How It Works

If the character accepts the invitation, the tea party will begin immediately. First, you must select a type of tea. It is important to choose the right tea for your partner. If you picked favorite tea for the character, the character will sip tea and start the conversation.
When the conversation starts, 3 choices and 15 second timer will appear in each conversation. Choosing the correct one will strengthen the bond with the invited character, and also allows the player to proceed further to gain more bonuses. The default number of conversations is 3, but you can raise to maximum of 4 by successfully carry the conversation.

Extra Time & Effect
You can get ‘Extra Time’ by Successfully finish the tea time. During the extra time, you can observe your partner up close or give gifts to further boost the bonuses.
Stats such as supports or Charm(Cha) will be increased after successfully finish the Tea party. The important thing is both you and your guest will earn support boost or charm, regardless of the outcome. However, the number of points you earn depends on your performance during the tea party.

How To Get Tea Leaves

You can get tea leaves in many ways. First, you can get them by walking around Garreg Mach Monastery and checking the Monastery walls. Secondly, you can get them by purchasing at the store or killing enemies, and Finally, by completing quests to unlock two new stores.
You must complete the quest “Clearing the Way” to unlock the merchant(shop) where you can buy tea leaves. When you complete this quest you will have access to Eastern Merchant and Southern Merchant, and most of the tea leaves needed for the tea party are available in the Eastern Merchant.
