BOUNTY
Defeat Brawlers for stars
Brawl Stars Bounty Mode(Event) is one of the game modes in Brawl Stars. In this mode, there are two teams each of which consist of 3 players. The goal of this mode(event) is to have the most stars at the end of the 2 minutes. When a Brawler is killed, their bounty gets added to the score of the team of the Brawler that killed them and that Brawler’s bounty increases by 1 star (up to 7). When a Brawler dies, their bounty is reset to 2 stars. At the end of the time limit, the team with the higher number of stars wins.
Basic Rules
The rules of this game mode (event) are as follows.
- When you start the game, a star will be created in the middle of the map.
- After you start the game, you will see two stars above the heads of all players. When a character dies and resurrects, the number of star reset to 2 stars.
- Acquiring a star in the center of the map does not increase the number of stars above the brawler’s head. However, one point is added to the team’s total score.
- Stars in the center of the map once acquired will not be regenerated until the end of the game.
- If you kill your opponent brawler, you get as many star as the number of stars on the opponent’s brawler head.
- The stars that appear above your character’s head start at 2 and increase by 1 each time you kill your opponent brawler.
- In 2 minutes, the team with the more stars wins the game.
- If both teams have the same number of stars at the end of the time, the game is a draw.
To sum up, Bounty Mode(Event) winning condition and basic strategy is to get as many stars as possible without your team dying as much as possible.
Tips & Strategy
Bounty Mode(Event) is a mode that long ranged brawlers are preferred, rather than melee type brawler. No matter how strong melee type brawler is in close range combat, they are more likely to die in the fight or to die while fleeing. Therefore, brawlers like Brock, Piper, etc are preferred in this mode. These brawlers allow you to attack with high firepower at long distance. However, not all long ranged brawlers are good at all maps. So, it is better to consider the map and select a character that matches the map.
This mode takes about 1 second for a character to resurrect, and 3 seconds if you include resurrection motion. Therefore, this mode takes less time for the brawler to resurrect compared to other modes. As a result, while playing the game, players cycle quickly, so you should always be cautious. In other words, it can be dangerous to enter the enemy line immediately after the opposing player is dead.
The middle star that appears at the beginning of the game does not add to your bounty, so it is a useful pick up when the game starts. If you end up with a high bounty, do not be reckless. Putting yourself at risk could allow the other team to defeat you and quickly gain the upper hand. If your team is losing, going after the opponent with the highest bounty can possibly lead to victory, but if you are winning, falling back and playing defense can be the better option.
