A demon that fused with a train’s engine, causing it to run amok.
In game Description.

This boss is a huge metal golem and devil who owned the locomotive of the train, but eventually lost his mind and now exists to supply the coal itself.

The boss extends its huge arm and touches the pile of coal on the opposite side of the screen, dragging inside the burner to attack. Once the coal is consumed, the boss will show three exhaust vents on the back. From here a few chunks of burning coal pop out into the air and begin to rain across the screen. This projectile always lands on the same spot and follows the same pattern, giving players a better chance to predict and avoid movement.

The head of the Glutton Train is a weak spot. The player must climb a pile of coal to reach the head and wait for the boss to take it near the burner, at which time player can attack its head several times. After enough damage, the boss begins to release steam from the body. Once the HP is depleted, the boss will drag the last pile of coal into the center of the room and fire a big heat wave known as a volcanic cannon to cover almost the entire screen in the final ditch effort to harm the player.
